Hi guys! Today I wanted to do a post dedicated to goal setting because I think it is so important! Goals are what motivate me, so I try to make several. I make monthly, weekly, and long term goals that have to do with multiple different categories. When I am making these goals I try to follow these three rules:

Rule #1: They have to be specific

Rule #2: They have to be realistic

Rule #3 is the most important in my opinion! Once you write them down you are held accountable for them, as you should be! Writing them down also helps them stick in your memory. I know some people who will set their goals as their lock screen on their phone so they see them several times a day, how genius! It also helps if you tell someone close to you your goals, that way they can support you and help you achieve them as well!

Here are a few of my weekly, monthly, and long term goals.

-Workout three times a week (not including the running I do at work)

-Be more aware of what I am saying and thinking

-Stretch daily

-Finish my summer classes

-Start Roth IRA

-Put more time into my blog

Long Term:

-Graduate college

-Pay off Khloe (my car)

-Buy a new computer

Goal setting is so important and motivating! I just decided to do a GIVEAWAY with this post. So comment below one of your goals. It can be a weekly, monthly, or long term goal. I hope this motivates you all to write down some goals for yourself! Have a great weekend! Don’t forget to comment a goal of yours to be entered in my giveaway!

  1. My goal is to appreciate the smaller things in life more and to focus on what makes me happy.
Some bigger goals of mine would be to be accepted in the Disney college program and loose about 15 pounds.

  2. One goal We are working on is to spend one day or night together doing something we both enjoy to spend quality time together! It has built our relationship a ton!

We are also trying to save money!

  3. My daily/weekly goal is to do something for myself. Sometimes it’s a show or reading a book other times it’s taking a shower.

My long term goal is not to lose myself. And to enjoy the noise, the crumbs under the table, and the toys covering the floor.

  4. Week, Month & Forever goal…. To eat healthier! I struggle with this.

Another one of my ongoing goals is to keep putting money into my savings account every paycheck!

  5. A goal of mine for this next school year and my first year of college is to maintain an active and healthy lifestyle! I am an athlete and play sports year-round, however this will not be the case in college as much so. I definitely want to stay active and eat healthy and I want to make it a goal of mine. I feel like if I write down a grocery list of healthy foods rather than just going to the store and seeing things that I find appealing in the moment will help me in my process of attaining and maintaining my goal πŸ™‚ Great post!!

    1. That was something I stressed about when I started college. Make an effort to eat healthy and get some type of gym membership, that’s what worked for me 😊 and a grocery list helps tons! It will also save you money too! Xo πŸ’•

      1. I’m just seeing this, thank you!! Will definitely take those tips! Luckily they have a nice gym open to students at my college choice πŸ™‚

  6. One of my long term goals is to strengthen my hair and get it to a more healthier state. To achieve this I’ve switched to a better shampoo, have been using less heat, and have been eating better! πŸ™‚

  7. my goal is to continue running a mile everyday and improving my time! 😊 also to graduate with an advanced honors
    diploma :))
