Hello everyone, welcome! I hope you all are having a fantastic week, it’s almost Friday, YAY! Today I am sharing my workout routine! Disclaimer: This is not always an everyday routine and is subject to change often haha. I have had a lot of different workout routines in my past (ex: Crossfit, Pilates, Barr, Yoga, etc.) and I like to mix it up, I don’t like to do the same workout all the time, because then I just get bored and end up turning it off or going home half way through. My current workout routine is an at-home one, YouTube workouts are my gym membership currently, they are awesome, free, and available at any time of the day, it’s perfect for my life right now!I also am a Valet so we run between 5-10 miles a day, depending on how many hours you work! I have a few workouts that I will have linked down below that are my favorite! So what my workout routine usually consists of is a 10 minute yoga stretching video to get me warmed up, I do one of these almost daily even if I don’t have time for the rest of the workout, just because I feel so energized and awake after! After I have stretched I do an exercise that gets my heart rate up, like jump roping, running up and down the stairs, or some jumping jacks. After I get my heart pumpin I turn on a workout and begin! I rotate from legs one day to arms the next and always include abs every day! Once a week I will usually do a cardio workout as well. This workout routine is great for anyone who doesn’t want to spend money on a pricey gym membership or doesn’t have time to get to a gym every time they want to exercise!
